Description of the apartment
The cozy 3-room apartment is located on the top floor under the roof.
The bright and airy living room extends up to the gable. The furnishings are practical yet individually selected. Three casement windows lead to the balcony, which is also sunny from noon in winter. Comfortable "spaghetti chairs" and a round table allow you to dine outside and enjoy the sun and the magnificent view of Piz Ela.
The apartment is equipped with a TV with satellite programs. In the hallway, there is a video library, maps and books, as well as a wardrobe with a shoe rack. Wi-Fi is available.
The parents' bedroom with a double bed faces east and is very quiet. A cozy smaller (children's) room with two single beds and a skylight completes the apartment.
In the basement, there is a sports room to store hiking shoes, skis and sledges, etc.
Description of the house
House Albula A is situated in a beautiful and quiet location on a sunny terrace above the village of Bergün, away from the valley traffic.
Right behind the house begins nature, and the meadow extends up to the edge of the forest. Next door is the romantic swimming pool, which provides popular refreshment in summer.
The UNESCO route of the Rhaetian Railway (RhB) is nearby and offers picturesque observation points.
Access to the house is on foot via the stairs next to the parking lot or by car via the narrow road around the swimming pool. There is a turning area for unloading luggage.
