Bedrooms:
Three bedrooms - 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a cot, 1 children's room with a single bed and a cot. Additionally, 1 children's table with 2 chairs. Bedding is provided and included in the price.
Bedding for the cot and children's bed must be requested directly from and paid to the landlord.

Living room:
Cozy living room with dining table and 5 chairs, 1 child seat (Trip-Trap), 1 baby seat that can be mounted on the dining table, a large sofa with matching armchair, coffee table. TV (satellite TV + Swisscom TV) and Wi-Fi. Various board games, some books + reading material available.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic hob, oven, fridge, kitchen shelf with Sodastream water carbonator, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), fondue and raclette set, and a kettle. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
Bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washbasin. Towels and hairdryer are provided and included in the price.

The cozy 4.5-room attic apartment (no elevator) is located in a multi-family house at the village entrance of Degen. Light-filled ambiance: Large windows ensure brightness and a warm atmosphere. The holiday apartment can be booked for a maximum of 5 people, and up to 2 additional toddlers can travel upon request. The beautiful and relaxing garden seating area with barbecue can be shared. In summer, Degen is an ideal starting point for extensive hikes and bike tours. The idyllic Davos Munts lake is just a few minutes away by car. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is right outside the door. The valley stations of the mountain railways are just a few minutes away by car or by free ski bus. The post bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away. Various sleds and skibobs are also available in winter. 2 parking spaces are available and included in the price.
