Located in the heart of Flims, this stylish and cozy 2.5-room apartment is situated just a short walk from the mountain valley station and the “Stenna” shopping center. The modern vacation apartment offers approximately 60 m² of space for up to 4 people (recommended occupancy: 2 adults & 2 children).
The apartment is located in an apartment building and features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living area, which is ideal for a third adult or for up to two younger children (approx. up to 10-12 years old).
From the sunny west-facing balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the impressive mountain scenery.
The open-concept living and dining area with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen creates a welcoming atmosphere.
The Capolgarten 3.7 vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can be easily reached by elevator from the ground floor or the underground parking garage, as well as via the staircase. The apartment includes an underground parking space, which is already included in the rent. The building features a ski and snowboard storage room as well as a sports shop offering rentals for bikes, climbing gear, skis, and snowboards.
A laundry room for general use is located in the building. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and coffee maker. A raclette oven and a fondue set are also provided.
The south-facing balcony is furnished with a table and four chairs and is perfect for relaxing.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment, nor are pets allowed. For safety reasons, the fireplace may not be used.
