Bedrooms:
The bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. Two bedrooms with double beds, one room with two single beds, and one bedroom with bunk beds. Guests must bring their own bed linens.

Living room:
The living room is on the ground floor. A large living space with corner leather seating group, TV, Wi-Fi, and a large dining table with corner bench. A tiled stove provides cozy warmth. Firewood for the tiled stove is included.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is also on the ground floor. Well-equipped kitchen, including a fondue and raclette set. Guests must bring their own towels.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom on the ground floor with bathtub, sink, and separate toilet. 1 toilet on the 1st floor with shower, sink, and toilet. Guests must bring their own towels.

A washing machine is located in the basement.

The chalet is located in Flond in a beautiful view position. In winter, the ski slope is accessible right up to the house when snow conditions are good. Skis can be stored in front of the house, and ski boots can be dried in the boiler room. In summer, upon request, there is a sunbathing area as well as a garden table and chairs in front of the house.

The chalet is approximately 200 m from the post bus stop. The valley station of the Valata cable car is 2.5 km away. Obersaxen-Meierhof, the Rufalipark in Obersaxen-Misanenga, and Ilanz – the first city on the Rhine – are each 5.5 km away.

Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Pets allowed upon request.
