Spacious and bright, very cosy furnishings: open large living/sleeping room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), dining table, flat screen, radio, hi-fi system and DVD. 1 room, on 3 levels, 3 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Top floor: (ladder), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 4 sleeping facilities (90 cm, length 200 cm). Small terrace. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use. Brienzwiler 5 km from Brienz: Historical chalet, 3 storeys, from the 18th century, renovated in 2023. In a quiet, sunny position in the residential district. For shared use: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine (extra), drying room. Narrow motor access to the house.
