A small kitchenette is available, the apartment has a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a Toaster.
The bathroom has ben renovated and has a bathtub. The apartment has a laminate floor. There is a parking space in front of the house. In about 5 minutes walk to the Corviglia/Marguns cable car and 10 minutes walk to the village, bus or ice rink center da Sport. It is a four family house. The houseis on a cul-de-sac, Via Val Runchetta 7, in a very quiet area.
The laundry room in the basement can be used with a coin-operated machine. Pets are welcome in this house. In the stairwell on the upper floor there is a cleaning cupboard with a vacuum cleaner, utensils for shared use.
