The spacious 3 room flat is located in a apartmentbuilding at the exit of Celerina in direction Samedan. The cable car Marguns can be reached in 15 minutes by foot or comfortable with the ski bus. Various shopping possibilities and hikes just nearby. The cross-country ski-tracks with school and rental are at the most sunny area and only 5 minute walk away.
Very spacious apartment on the 2nd floor. Approx. 95 m2 with spacious living room and winter garden. Separate kitchen with adjoining dining area. Double bedroom with bath/shower/WC and 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds and pull-out bed. 1 shower/ WC. Lift, 1 garage places.
