Description of the holiday rental
Cozy and bright 2-room apartment (50m2) on ground level in a four-family house in a quiet and very sunny position in the centre of Celerina. The apartment offers living-/dining-room with open kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, NESPRESSO coffee machine and cleaning cabinet with a vacuum cleaner), an unheated winter garden (12m2) which warms up wonderfully when the sun shines and serves as an additional living space during summer, bedroom with double bed (two mattresses each 80cm x 200cm), bath/shower and toilet (hair-dryer). In the entrance area there is an open cloackroom. Radio with CD player and Swisscom-TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Garage space in the underground garage. The apartment has a separate entrance and offers parquet floor. Large ski- and bikeroom. The apartment is located near the mountain railways (7 minutes on foot), bus station (2 minutes on foot), train station (5 minutes on foot) and shops (5-10 minutes on foot depending on the shop).
Minimum stay during Christmas/New Year 10 days.
