Chalet En Cognono is a completely renovated chalet. It is located in one of the quietest corners of the Champex region at a place called "Champex d'en Haut" 1km from the resort (lake, swimming pool, supermarket, restaurants, etc.), 500m from the chairlift and ski slopes and 50m from the cross-country ski trail.
The chalet is composed on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a fitted kitchen (without dishwasher) open to the dining area, living room - TV - fireplace, a bathroom with 2 toilets, 2 showers and 3 sinks and a master bedroom.
Upstairs, in the attic, a small TV - DVD corner for children and 1 dormitory separated into 2 for 3 - 4 people.
Ideal for 6 people possibly 8, large garden outside and ski room.
In winter, the chalet is accessible with an equipped car, the road is clear and there are 2 parking spaces in front of the chalet. This family chalet is suitable for careful people who want to spend a nice week in the magnificent region of Champex-Lac in a quiet area (very little traffic in summer and winter, dead end road). Note that it is non-smoking, and our animal friends are prohibited.
