Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Balcony, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Apartment house "Clair-Azur". Below Montana, in the district of la Combaz, on the outskirts, 1.3 km from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, 2 km from the lake, 1 km from the skiing area, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Shop 1.2 km, supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant 1.2 km, bakery 500 m, bus stop "Comba" 200 m, lake Grenon 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.3 km, skisport facilities 1 km, ice rink 1.6 km.
