Description of the holiday rental
The 3.5 room apartment Casa Aleca is located in Flims Dorf in a quiet but very well connected residential area in the immediate vicinity to shops and a bus stop.
You will find a well equiped kitchen with a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a Nespresso coffee maschine. The apartment has a double room and a room with a bunk bed. There is one bathroom with a shower-tub, a toilet and a sink. In addition there is a washing mashine in the apartment for free use.
One underground and one outside parking space, WIFI and all ancillary costs ( heating, electricity, water) are inculded. Bed and Bathlinen. the final cleaning as well as Taxes and VAT are also included n the final price.
Smoking is noch permittefd and pets are not allowed.
