Beautiful flat of ~80m2, ideal for 4 adults, or 2 adults and 3-4 children. This flat was carefully renovated in 2017. Its terrace offers a magnificent view with superb sunshine.
Located in the village of La Forclaz, 2min walk to the ski slopes of La Forclaz and 10min. drive to Evolène. After a good day of skiing, you can enjoy the indoor swimming pool, shared by the building. A sauna (for a fee) and a ping-pong table are also available. Parking without allocated space in front of the residence.
Description: Entrance hall, 1 bedroom with a double bed (160/200), 1 bedroom with two bunk beds (90/200) as well as a pull-out bed (2x90/200), a bright bathroom with a massage shower, a washbasin and a toilet. A beautiful living room with open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge leading to the terrace.
Equipment and miscellaneous: Ski room. Shared laundry room (with charge). Combined microwave oven. TV, DVD player, playstation, Wifi. Shared indoor swimming pool (bathing cap required).
Pets not allowed. No smoking. Note: the fireplace in the living room can no longer be used.
Bedding: 4 duvets 160/210, 1 duvet 220/240, 6 pillows 60/60
