Detached 5.5 room house for sole use. It is located in a sunny, south facing position in a quiet neighborhood near the train station. The cozy Engadinerhaus (built in 1984) offers the guest well-kept comfort.
Basement: cellar with freezer, small parlor, toilet, shower cubicle, laundry room with WC and Tumbler
Ground floor: garage with dir. Access, entree (renovvated 2021), bath / WC (renovated 2021), open kitchen (ceramic glass hob, convection oven, dishwasher, microwave oven), living / dining room (radio / CD, cable TV, WLAN)
OG: 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each, washbasin / WC, screed.

For families, children's high chair, baby cot, children's crockery and cutlery as well as many games (also for older children and adults) are available.

La Punt Chamues-ch is located at 1700 meters above sea level, at the foot of the Albula Pass in the sunny high valley of the Upper Engadine and is easily accessible by train and car. The Engadin peasant and patrician houses dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries give the village a special charm.
