Description of the holiday rental
The lovingly furnished 2.5 room apartment with large roof terrace is located in a quiet development in Laax Dorf. It has a bedroom with built-in wardrobe and direct access to the terrace, a large living room with beautiful views and a gallery with another sleeping possibility.
The living room has a ceiling height of about 3.5 meters, a large couch, an open dining area and cabinets with children's toys and board games. Of course there is a big TV and free WLAN installed for use.
The bedroom (180x200cm) and the gallery (140x210cm) are both furnished with a double bed.
The kitchen has a stove, a dishwasher and is equipped with all kind of kitchen utensils. In the bathroom there is a sink, a toilet and a bathtub (no single shower).
The sunny terrace is equipped with a table and chairs as well as a parasol and two lounge chairs.

The ski area / mountain railroads can be reached with a free shuttlebus within 5 minutes. The bus stop, the lake of Laax or shopping facilities are located in 200m walking distance.
