Kitchen and living room is separated by built-in cupboards and the kitchen hatch. The kitchen has an electric stove, oven, extractor fan, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. Living room has a double bed, that folds-away into the sofa dining room table with 4 chairs, upholstered lounge suite, a lounge table, built-in cupboard, chest of drawers, television and a fire place. The bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has two washbasins, bath and toilette. South facing patio. Public swimming pool also available, direct entry from the under cover parking. Sauna in house.
