Living/bedroom with 1 double bed, adjoining a narrow wardrobe and a generous chest of drawers, dining table with 2 dining chairs, functional couch, club table, modern flat screen TV, WiFi, Google Chromecast, DVD player and Netflix . Beautiful fireplace. Built-in cupboard in the entrance. Bathroom with washbasin, bathtub with shower area, toilet. Beautiful terrace with table, chairs and a view of the mountains. In case of snow you can ski directly from the house. Shared use of the own indoor swimming pool, table tennis table (racket+net available), as well as the sauna in the adjacent house for a small fee. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (coin-operated), ski room in our own house. The flat also has a parking space in the underground car park A, max. height 2.00m.
