This comfortable 3 1/2 room maisonette apartment is located in a pretty, quiet and sunny residential area in Lantsch/Lenz village, part of the Lenzerheide region. From the apartment you can take in a magnificent view of a beautiful valley, meadows, forests and the Mittelbünden mountain peak. It only takes a few minutes to reach the training ski lift at Lantsch/Lenz from the house. Lantsch/Lenz has a ski school, an ice field and a cross-country ski trail, which stretches across many kilometres to Lenzerheide, Valbella and Parpan. In addition, foodies will find great places to eat, hotels, restaurants and local treasures in Lantsch/Lenz. Alpine skiers or snowboarders can get to Lenzerheide in approx. 5 minutes’ drive for its numerous possibilities for ski travel and the summer sports facilities around Heidsee lake.
