Modern south-facing 3,5-piece (60 m2) apartment with a fantastic view of the Alps. Situated near the center of Leysin in very quiet neighborhood, this apartment contains:
- 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed 160cm + 2 single beds)
- Livingroom with a sofa, television, DVD player
- Open kitchen fully fitted (dishwasher, refridgerator, freezer, microwave, cooker, oven, etc.)
- 1 Bathroom with bathtub
- South and west facing balcony (13m2)
- Free WiFi
- External parking place

Included in base price:

Extra charges (obligatory):
- Cleaning package: CHF 200.-. (A supplement shall be charged in the case of excess)
- Tourist Tax: CHF 3.80 per adult/night, CHF 1.90 per child/night, CHF 1.90 per Senior/night
- Arrival outside opening hours/day: between CHF 50 and CHF 100
- Deposit: CHF 300.- blocked on a credit card at the arrival. The amount will be release 14 days after the departure.
