The flat comprises a living-dining room with a large balcony, kitchenette, open double bed sleeping alcove and a wet room with shower/lavabo as well as a separate WC with a view in the access area of the flat. The unobstructed location and the sunny orientation make the flat particularly attractive. The flat also has a cellar compartment, a shelf in the boiler room and shared use of the washing machine. A garage space can also be rented by arrangement. The post bus stop is only a few minutes' walk away. In the immediate vicinity there is a family-friendly skiing area, extensive cross-country skiing and hiking possibilities, various climbing gardens and the Silsersee with further leisure possibilities. But also pure peace and relaxation as well as cultural experiences are on offer.
