Modern, sunny, new 3 and a half room flat(112m2) with wooden floor for 2-4 persons 2nd floor, direction west with sunny balcony large living room with chimney, Sat-TV, Radio and WIFI, kitchen with a big table unit with dishwasher, Nespresso-machine, focus of pulmonary, oven and microwave 2 sleeping rooms with black out curtains 2 bathrooms furnished with Travertin-stone, washing machine and tumbler parking place in the garage included At New Years end there is a minimum stay of 12 nights. In certain periods, there is to pay a deposit of CHF 1000.00 - CHF 2000.00 at the Check-In.
NEW: PUBLIC TRANSPORT INCLUDED in the Upper Engadine and in the Bergell area.

Dogs are welcome.
The apartment is located in the House Soldanella. The property has an elevator. Upon request you can reserve an underground parking space.
Registration is at the reception desk of the Hotel Schweizerhaus, there you get the key and all information.
Opposite of the Casa Soldanella is a small grocery store.
The bus stop is only 400m away, the bus runs every half hour during the day.
In the Aparthotel Pöstli – opposite of the Hotel Schweizerhaus – you can use the sauna and finarium with supplement and the fitness room - free of charge. There is also the Maloja Shop = Kiosk where you can buy daily newspapers, books, souvenirs, as well as cake and a lot of other things.
