Top floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony and east facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC. 2 balconies, east facing position, terrace 30 m2, south facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (3). Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars), garage, height 200 cm, width 220 cm. Please note: non-smoking house. Nearby walks along the irrigation channels. Very beautiful chalet "Edelweiss", 3 storeys, built in 2004. In the hamlet Sarclentse, 3 km from the centre of Haute-Nendaz. Private: well-kept garden (not fenced). In the house: sauna, washing machine. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars), single garage. Shop 3 km, bus stop "Dardel" 800 m.
