Exit to the balcony, east facing position. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. 2 balconies, north facing position and, east facing position. View of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 9 at 400 m. Please note: non-smoking house. Residence "Mont-Fort". In a quiet position, 10 m from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: natural garden, pond. Tennis (15.Jun. - 01.Sep.), children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house, except in winter 200 m. Public parking 300 m extra. Restaurant 100 m, bus stop 400 m, outdoor swimming pool 7 km. Golf course 25 km, tennis 7 km, skisport facilities, ski school, sled run 100 m, ice rink 7 km.
