Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC, double hand-basin. Balcony 15 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 19. Please note: non-smokers only. Ovronnaz: Modern, beautiful, cosy apartment house "La Seya". In a quiet position, 1.8 km from the skiing area, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Communal covered parking. Grocery 1.2 km, restaurant 300 m, bar 100 m, bakery 1.2 km, café 300 m, bus stop "Thermalp", thermal baths 300 m. Ski rental 1 km, ski bus stop 40 m, ski school 1 km, cross country ski track 2.3 km.
