The apartment house was built in 1989 and is located directly on the ski slope; connecting ski run Stätzerhorn / Danis - Heimberg / Rothorn; on the main road Churwalden / Valbella / Lenzerheide; post office stop directly above the house. The apartment was renovated in summer 2021. It is on the 1st floor. The apartment is equipped for 4 people. It has a living / dining room with a modern kitchen. 8-piece crockery and cutlery. 1 shower / toilet / sink and 1 bedroom on the same floor. In the living area there is a bed cabinet with 2 beds. TV / radio / WiFi available free of charge. Ski room in the basement; Washing machine / tumbler in the basement are only available by prior arrangement.
