Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso), raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin. Top floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 2 beds. Exit to the balcony, east facing position. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds. Private: small garden with lawn. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 70 m from the house. Steep footpath to the house. Parking at 70 m. Shop 1.6 km, restaurant 20 m, bus stop 200 m. Cable car 1.6 km, cross country ski track 50 m, ice rink 1.6 km. With client card, guests receive discounts on ski lift and free regional buses in the Saas Valley.
