Description of the holiday rental
• Three bedrooms: 1 x with double bed (160 cm) / 1 x with two single beds / 1 x with bunk bed • The modern kitchen is open to the living area and fully equipped with oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer compartment. • Shower/WC • Balcony with panoramic views of the magnificent Glarus mountain world • Washing machine can be shared • Garage forecourt for 1 car • Free Wi-Fi • Special services (free of charge): - Luggage and/or passenger transport from Schwanden GL train station to the accommodation Our holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of the farmhouse with a separate entrance. The view of the Glarus mountains is magnificent, with the Tödi mountain in the south, the Glärnisch massif in the west, the Gulderstock in the north and the Kärpf area in the east. This is where the oldest wildlife sanctuary is located. Alpine lakes such as Mettmensee or Oberblegisee are nearby. The Klöntalersee lake can also be reached in less than half an hour. In winter, the ski resorts of Braunwald and Elm, which are easily accessible in a short time, are a draw. On our farm, you can visit Grey Cattle and Hinterwälder cows, Bündner Strahlenziegen goats or Engadine sheep.
