In the luminous and spacious apartment (94m2) you can perfectly enjoy your holidays. From the spacious living room with large dining table and windows facing east and south you have a great view of the Piz Lischana and the valley. The older but functional kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooker and large fridge with freezer. The whole apartment has a new laminate floor.

The ski bus stop is 1 minutes´ walk below the house, and you can easily reach the train station and the valley station in about 10 minutes. The use of the ski bus is free of charge in winter. The cross-country ski tracks are only 350 m away.
