Magnificent 150m2 duplex comprising: - a ground floor level with one spacious kitchen, one bathroom (toilet/bathtub), a brand-new laundry room, a magnificent living room, one bedroom (with two single beds) - a first-floor level with a reading and play corner for children, a spacious bedroom (with one double bed and one single bed), another communicating bedroom (with two single beds, a bed settee, one cot), one large children’s room (with two bunk beds, 1 large bathroom). Access to a garden area with space to organise barbecues and children’s playground.

The ground floor apartment consists of three beautifully decorated rooms that can accommodate up to 13 people, and two well-appointed bathrooms, as well as a modern kitchen with all the equipment required for feeding guests. The kitchen opens on to a dining/living room with two tables for 12 people that are ideal for relaxing and encouraging a sense of well-being.
Various games and sports equipment are at guests' disposal in the cellar which is accessible on the eastern side from the ground floor (bicycles and helmets, table football, table tennis, etc.). Just 6 km away lies the little historical town of St-Ursanne with its many recreational activities. The Doubs River that crosses St-Ursanne is perfect for swimming, canoe or inflatable dinghy outings, exploratory walks and fun picnics.
