The separate kitchen with dining table for 4 people is equipped with a refrigerator with integrated freezer compartment, oven, stove, dishwasher, Nesspresso coffee machine.

Use of the outdoor parking spaces, ski and bike storage facilities are included in the rental price. Animals are not allowed. The apartment is designed for 4 people and has an area of 64 m2. The Furtschellas valley station can be reached on foot in 7 minutes, 5-10 minutes to the nearest shop. Cross-country ski run leads past the house. Child-friendly furnishings.
