Quiet 2,5 room holyday-apartment on the ground floor (50m2) in a 4 flat-house-bloc with basement garage. Animals permitted. The flat presents a beautiful view to the south. The apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bath tub with shower, day light, toilet wash basin. 1 bedroom with double-bed, bedside-tables and lamps, cubboard with lots of space, folding baby-bed. Living- room: 2 single beds and storage capacity, 1 sofa and easy-chair, dining-table with 4 chairs, baby-seat ( Stokke) fire-place, radio, CD- and DVD-player, digital TV, WLAN/WIFI and telefon, exit to terrasse with garden-table, 4 chairs and 2 deck-chairs. The kitchen is fully equiped: extractor hood, cooking facilities(four hobs) and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso- and filter-coffee-machine, 2sets of plates, cups, cutlery per person. Kitchen furniture covered with granite.
