3.5 room attic flat on the 2nd floor of a beautiful holiday home with the character of an Engadine house. Sunny location. View of the forest, meadows and Silvaplan's local mountain Corvatsch. The flat is cosy and tastefully furnished. No lift. Covered balcony with table and 2 chairs available. Deck chair. Living room with open fireplace, very cosily furnished. Corner sofa with several seats and footrest. Small desk. Sat/TV/radio. Radio/CD player. Dining table. Internet/WLan. The kitchen is very well equipped! Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, Italian mocha maker, electric kettle, teapot, toaster, microwave, cheese fondue equipment, raclette grill, etc.. Plenty of cooking and tableware available. 1 bath/WC, 1 separate WC. 1 bedroom with double bed (2 quality mattresses) and raised sleeping level under the sloping roof. Wardrobe. 1 bedroom with one bed or two beds if required, wardrobe and chest of drawers. 1 reserved garage parking space. In the house there is a ski and ski boot room, washing machine/tumble dryer and drying room for shared use.
