Bright 2 room-apartment on the ground floor in a quiet south-west position with terrace in Via Munterots. Cross country ski runs, free shuttle bus to the ski area Corvatsch, sports centre "Mulets" with skating and curling rinks, as well as different shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the very neat property "Chesa Palüdetta". There is a modern furnished living/dining room with open kitchen, a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom. The terrace looks south and offers a wonderful view of Piz Corvatsch and Piz La Margna. There is a Digital-TV (LCD) with 120 channels, dvd-player, radio, cd-player, telephone, Internet (WLAN), and a completely furnished kitchen with dishwasher. A parking lot in the garage, use of washmachine and tumble dryer and taxes are included. Pets are welcome. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
