Description of the holiday rental
Attractive holiday home with a beautiful view.
Trans is a small mountain village south of Chur 5 km from the Chur San Bernadino motorway. You reach this small mountain village via a narrow mountain road. This road is ok to drive, because the bus stops there 4 times a day.
Haus Sonnegg is in a beautiful location, with a view to the south and offers a magnificent view of the Bündner Alps. This farm is still working, producing fresh cheese, milk and eggs, and the good care of the owner Ruth. The home is furnished with care, and has a lovely balcony with a top view. Parking in front of the house.
You can take wonderful trips to Italy from here.
Ground floor: (hallway)
On the 1st floor: (Living room(TV(satellite), dining table), Kitchen(electric kettle, coffee machine, oven), bedroom(double bed), bathroom(bathtub with shower, washbasin, toilet))
On the 2nd floor: (bedroom(single bed), bedroom(bunk bed))
heating, parking, children's bed(on request)
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
