Description of the holiday rental
"Ambre 24", 3-room apartment 90 m2 on 2nd floor, south facing position. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony, north facing position. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with hatch. Exit to the balcony, east facing position. Bath/WC, shower/WC, double hand-basin. Large balcony 20 m2, south facing position and, east facing position, small balcony 5 m2, north facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Rochegrise: Very beautiful residence "Ambre", 4 storeys. Above Villars, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces).
