In the resort, 1 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 300 m from the lake. For shared use: garden (fenced). Patio, garden furniture. In the house: central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house.
