Detached 4.5 room detached house in idyllic, sunny location with large fenced garden. Garden seating area and sun loungers available. Direct access to the ski slope.
The house offers on the upper floor 2 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Each room has a spacious built-in wardrobe. A bathroom with bathtub and a separate WC are on this floor.
The ground floor consists of a spacious living / dining area with chemineé, TV, free WLAN resp. WIFI access, a very well equipped, modern, open kitchen (induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer compartment, Nesspresso machine and much more). Another bathroom with WC and shower is available here.
In the basement you will find the heated garage (the driveway offers space for 2 to 3 more cars) and there is a washing machine and a drying room at your disposal. Various Davos wooden sledges, a cot and high chair are available for you.
Our house was totally renovated in 2008 and is luxuriously furnished in a modern style.
