The Seehaldeweg is closed to public traffic, ensuring the house is very quiet. Easy winter-safe car access with a reserved parking space for 1 car in front of the house. Thanks to its central location, you can reach the train station and the town center in just a few minutes. The Arosa free bus stops very close to the house at the "Seehalde" and "Obersee" stops. In winter, you can ski to the bus stop or the valley station, and return directly to the house via the home run piste.
