The living room has direct access to the outdoor seating area with a beautiful view towards Celerina. Likewise, in the apartment it has Wi-Fi, satellite TV.The seating - dining area invites you to a cozy get-together. It has a bathroom with toilet, 2 washbasins and a bathtub, a small bathroom with toilet and washbasin. And a bathroom with a shower and washbasin. The apartment has a laminate floor. In the entrance area it has a stone floor.The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster are available. It is a 4 family house.The house is located on a cul-de-sac Via Val Runchetta 7 in a very quiet residential area. The laundry room in the basement can be used by a coin-operated machine. Pets are welcome in this house. There is a parking space in front of the house.
