This idyllic domicile offers direct access to the picturesque trails of the Lenzerheide/Arosa skiing and hiking area, with the chairlift just 8 minutes away on foot. The post bus station and shopping facilities, including Coop and Migros, are also within walking distance. For skiing enthusiasts, the proximity to the Pradaschier chairlift offers the luxury of skiing right to the front door. Inside, a living space of approx. 95 m2 awaits you, which was continuously modernised between 2015 and 2023. A cosy living room with a Swedish stove and new parquet flooring invites you to linger. The flat offers two bedrooms with double beds, a children's room with bunk beds as well as a WC and a bathroom with shower and WC, so that comfort and privacy are guaranteed for all guests. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a Nespresso coffee machine and raclette/fondue. There is a washing machine in the house. TV, radio, WLAN and Playstation PS3 are also available.
