Spacious, sunny 4.5 room flat with large dining-living area and open kitchen, three bedrooms with a total of six beds and two bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with shower). The kitchen has a cooker, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. The bedrooms are equipped with racks or wardrobes. The living room is equipped with a music system, a TV, a DVD player and a rich library. While in summer the balcony is a nice connection between inside and outside, a Swedish stove brings additional cosiness into the living room during the winter time. The 105 square metre flat is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building with a beautiful view towards the valley and the Swiss National Park. The flat comes with a reserved parking space in the underground garage and the possibility of using the outside parking spaces. The railway station Cinuos-chel-Brail is only about 200 metres away, which makes the flat easily accessible by public transport. The family hotel and restaurant Veduta is also in the immediate vicinity. Just behind the house begins the nature with pastures and forest and walking paths. A cross-country ski trail with connection to the marathon trail runs past the house.

In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to true skiing and snowboarding pleasure. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 km of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks on the frozen Upper Engadine lakes shine with light, sun and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the silence and beauty of the snow-covered forests hike the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer the overview enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
