Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 small children's room 4 m2 with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 185 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Large balcony 14 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). In the resort 400 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1 km from the lake, 900 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, drying room. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public car park at 300 m, extra.
