Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Bath/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (extra) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Please note: The double room can only be reached through the first bedroom, suitable as a family apartment. Low doorframes (approx. 1.70m) to the bedrooms. In the resort, 400 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, along the wooded area, 500 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, public parking 400 m. Grocery 400 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant, bar, bakery, pedestrian zone 400 m, bus stop 500 m, 400 m.
