Centrally located 4.5 room apartment (95sqm) on the 1st floor of a multi-family chalet. Large balcony with direct view to the tennis court/ice rink/beach volleyball court. Marvelous view to Gstaad and the mountains. Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer for common use are available. 1 parking space in the underground garage. Notice: From 31 August to 13 November 2026, renovation work will be carried out on the exterior of Chalet Drive. During this period, the balcony will not be available for use. In addition, sandblasting work on the facade will take place from 14 September to 9 October 2026. For this reason, windows should remain closed as much as possible during this time.
