Architecture: Timeless, breathtaking architectural exhibit in its original state by Ernst Anderegg based on the architectural principles of Frank Lloyd Wright's organic construction method, which unites and harmonises architecture with nature.
Together with his friend Richard Neutra (USA), Anderegg is regarded as a pioneering representative of modern Swiss Alpine architecture (Grindelwald, Gstaad, Hasliberg).
He worked for many years in Arizona (USA) and was a close friend and companion of the world-famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright (USA). The house, which is staggered over several half storeys, grows carefully out of the sloping terrain and opens up to the fantastic, unspoilt mountain panorama across all storeys. The generous window fronts ensure an excellent view and all-day sunshine, while the location and orientation in the terrain provide maximum privacy, with direct access from the road and its own bus stop next to the house!
Nestled in the "Sandhubel", the holiday home is centrally located between the two railway stations Wasserwendi and Reuti-Meiringen (300m) Planned as a holiday home for generations, this property is ideal for families with guests/grandparents, as a spacious retreat with the greatest possible privacy for one family and even offers enough space (190m2) to accommodate two families of friends.
