1st floor: 1 double bedroom (with additional child's bed), separate wc and 3 washbasins.
Basement: 2 separate showers
Outside: 1 large south-east terrace with dining table and outdoor furniture, a large garden. 3 uncovered reserved parking spaces.
Please note: the ceilings in the bedrooms are very low, at around 1.75.
