Living room with parquet flooring has a fold-away double bed (folds back into sofa), a dining room table with a built-in corner bench and 2 chairs, upholstered lounge suite, a lounge table, a cupboard, television, internet and a fire place. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom has a double washbasin, a bath and toilette. South facing balcony. Public swimming pool also available, direct entry from the under cover parking, exit at Laret 7. Communal sauna in house. The bed linen (CHF 20.00) and the final cleaning (CHF 100.00) are included in the total amount.
