It is on the first floor, full of light and very sunny, with large windows and French windows as well as a balcony (liveable) with a wonderful view of the natural park (south), while rooms look onto Piz Lunghin (north). Description 107 sq.m., entrance hall, large sitting room with fireplace, semi-separated kitchen, three bedrooms (one double bedroom, one bedroom with three beds, one small bedroom with queen-sized sofa-bed), two bathrooms (bathtub, shower, bidet). The flat is fully furnished in a pleasant and functional style; built-in wardrobes in the entrance hall and in every room; fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher in the kitchen; wardrobe with cleaning equipment; satellite TV. Adjustable heating in every room. Sils can be reached in five minutes and St. Moritz in a quarter of an hour.
