- Our two-family-house is located in a very quiet, sunny area on a hill, on the edge of Maloja, and can be accessed from the main road via a driveway of 350 m. The lake of Sils as well as cross-country trails can be reached within 5 - 7 minutes by walking.
- From the 3.5 room non-smoking apartment you have a wonderful view over the lake of Sils and towards the scenic mountain Piz Corvatsch. Our garden seating area invites you to enjoy the panorama of the famous climbing-mountains of the Val Bregaglia.
- The bright and pleasent apartment wih car park is not luxurious, but well fitted with all of necessity. It is equipped with central-heating, radio, INTERNET. - The kitchen-cum-living-room has a réchaud with 2 plates, microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, fondue bowl, a large round table, and table trolley. - The living-room is furnitured with 2 couch- beds, wardrobes, chairs and a small table. Another bed room has 2 single beds, wardrobe, rack. - In the children bed room 2 bunk beds and a wardrobe are available. - The bath room has shower and toilet. - The bed linen you have to bring yourself, but apon special request you can also rent it.

Location description: Maloja - The artistic village inspired the pass The Italian-Swiss border, in Maloja you breathe a simple atmosphere, the genius of the famous painter and the beauty of nature and culture of a village on the pass. The fascinating play of light and shadows of the landscape has always attracted many artists. Giovanni Sengantini himself chose Maloja as his final resting place and a souce of inspiration and subject for many of his works. Even Giovanni Giacometti, the father of Alberto Giacometti, worked and painted in Maloja, and his artistic spirit still inspires today exhibitions, conferences and concerts. The village on the pass, on the border with authentic Bergell, is appreciated by walkers, art and families. The offer for the latter in particular is widely treated: Schweizerhaus hotel you can book the course of pizza for children, the adventure park "Capel – the smugglers' route" you can live adventures set in a beautiful landscape, the children playground “Kukuk” is suitable for large and small and in Lake Cavloccio, at 1907 meters above sea level, you can make even the bath.
