Situated in a very quiet area, just 2 minutes away from the lake, in Creista district Maloja, is a modern studio apartment with a separate bathroom and integrated kitchen, for maximum 3 people.   

Ciäsa Alba was completed in December 2017, and with its subtle architecture, it blends perfectly into the beautiful landscape. The studio is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance and private terrace from where the sunset can be enjoyed. The furnishings are modern and reflects the architecture of the building. WLAN is also available. The stone house was built in accordance to the Swiss “Low Energy” Certification standards and has controlled ventilation and underfloor heating. A parking spot and visitor parking are available in the nearby garage. The Silser lake, cross-country ski loop, and the Maloja ski lift are all very close by.
