Private: pergola (10 m2), garden furniture. 1.4 km long narrow motor access (via unmade road, mountain road). 250 m steep footpath to the house. Width of access road: 270 cm. Public parking 250 m. Supermarket 15 km, restaurant 1 km, railway station "Biasca SBB-FFC" 22 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, cable car 6 km. Nearby attractions: Mulino di Dandrio, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Castello di Seravalle, Negrentino, Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Splash und SPA + Monte Tamaro. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Luzzone, Lago Retico (Lucomagno), Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano.
